Shipping

All orders will be sent out using a tracked or recorded service which require a signature upon receipt. 

Within the UK

‘Evri Next Day’ but in reality it takes 3-5 days. £4.28 (inc VAT)

European customers

‘International Tracked and Signed for’ by Royal Mail. (3-5 days according to RM however we have experienced this service to be more like 5-14 days) : £10

International customers except Europe

‘International Tracked and Signed for’ by Royal Mail. (5-7 days according to RM however we have experienced this service to be more like 7-14 days) £15

PLEASE NOTE: Any customs import duty or local taxes that are obtained by an international shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchases from us but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition within 14 days*.

(*This excludes ‘custom orders’ which we create according to the customer’s specifications. Custom orders are non-returnable/refundable)

Please note, however, that you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, and the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the item for it’s value.
