RETURNS
All customers are entitled to return their products within 14-days of receiving their orders provided items are in their original, unused and resell-able condition. We do not offer free returns. All costs associated with returning your order are your responsibility.
(*This excludes ‘custom orders’ which we create according to the customer’s specifications. Custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable)

We cannot be held accountable for returned items until we have received them.

Please note, however, that you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, and the cost of returning the goods and re-import fees that are incurred on the package. We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the item for its value.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and Taxes are included with no hidden costs – everything is paid upfront

We have made every effort to ensure product photographs, description and details on the site are accurate. However slight differences may occur.

Most items are made by hand and are therefore unique. The slight differences are an effect of the handmade quality. Please note all measurements are approximate.

If the bags are out of stock, they can also be made to order.

We will do our best to replenish stock as things sell. If something is sold out, it may take from 3 to 28 days for delivery, as we make everything ourselves. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with regards to delivery times.
