Shipping
Our online shop will remain open throughout the holiday period. However, please note that our last shipping day is 18th December. Any orders placed on or after 17th December will be shipped after 12th January, in the order they were received.
All orders will be sent out using a tracked or recorded service which requires a signature upon receipt.
Within the UK
Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature (3-5 days). £5.05 (inc VAT)
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day (Orders placed between Monday - Thursday before 3pm). £11.70 (inc VAT)
European customers
We are currently trialing DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to select EU countries, and we hope to expand this service to more destinations in the near future. If you are located in the EU and would like to purchase our products but your country is not yet listed in our shipping options, please feel free to contact us.
If your country in EU is included in our shipping list, import duties and taxes are pre-paid, and you should not need to pay anything extra. However, please note that the final decision rests with your country’s customs authority, even when DDP service is used. We kindly ask for your understanding that you remain responsible for any additional charges that may arise.
International customers except Europe & USA
International Tracked and Signed for’ by Royal Mail. (7-21 days) £20. DHL Express shipping (5-14 days) £45.
USA customers
DHL or FedEx (3-14days) £30
The US President has issued several Executive Orders (EOs) to impose additional tariffs on all countries and suspend the De Minimis (DM) treatment from the 29th August 2025.
This means that our customers in the USA will be expected to pay import duty (ranges from 10-20%) as well as tariff (10%) and courier's handling fees when receiving our orders.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are working towards incorporating import duties and taxes directly at checkout. This will allow customers to pay all applicable fees upfront, ensuring a smoother delivery experience with no unexpected customs charges upon arrival.
In the meantime, please note that any customs import duties or local taxes applied to international shipments remain the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by local authorities and vary from country to country, and we unfortunately have no control over them.

Returns, Duties and Taxes
RETURNS
All customers are entitled to return their products within 14-days of receiving their orders provided items are in their original, unused and resell-able condition. We do not offer free returns. All costs associated with returning your order are your responsibility.
(*This excludes ‘custom orders’ which we create according to the customer’s specifications. Custom orders are non-returnable/non-refundable)
We cannot be held accountable for returned items until we have received them.
Please note, however, that you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, and the cost of returning the goods and any import fees as well as the re-import fees that are incurred on the package (if any). We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the item for its value.
DUTIES AND TAXES
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay customs, import duties and your local VAT, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

We have made every effort to ensure product photographs, description and details on the site are accurate. However slight differences may occur.
Most items are made by hand and are therefore unique. The slight differences are an effect of the handmade quality. Please note all measurements are approximate.
If the bags are out of stock, they can also be made to order.
We will do our best to replenish stock as things sell. If something is sold out, it may take from 3 to 28 days for delivery, as we make everything ourselves. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with regards to delivery times.
